Day 01: Siem Reap Arrival

Fly to Siem Reap in the morning. You will be met then transferred to the hotel by our guide and driver. Begin the tour with a visit to Rolous Group including Preah Ko, Bakong, Lo Lei. After lunchtime and break, we then come to visit Small Circuit including Prasat Kravan (Cardamon sanctuary), Banteay Kdei, Srah Srang (Royal Bath), Ta Prohm (Jungle Temple), Takeo, Thommanon and Chau Say Tevoda. Overnight Siem Reap.

Day 02: Angkor Complex Discovery

We will visit the best icons of the Angkor Complex this day, commencing with South Gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon, Baphoun, Terrace of the Elephants and Terrace of the Leper King respectively. Afternoon pay a visit to the magnificent Angkor Wat and view sunset at Phnom Bakheng Hill.

Day 03: Tonle Sap Lake - Floating villages

Morning visit Grand Circuit including Pre Rup (Change the body), East Mebon, Ta Som, Neak Pean, Preah Khan and Baksei Chamkrong. After lunchtime, skimming along the waterways on Tonle Sap Great Lake to catch a first glimpse of local floating gardens, stilt houses, and fishermen propelling Enjoy sunset at Phnom Krom.

Day 04: Siem Reap - Yangon (Flight)

Fly to Yangon in the morning. Once in Yangon, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Visit the Botataung pagoda and the bustling downtown area, taking in the rich colonial architecture and bustling streets and markets. Relax then enjoy the lunch with various choices in Yangon. In the afternoon we make our way to the Chaukhtatgyi Pagoda, which is home to a huge Colossal Reclining Buddha. The highlight of the day is a visit to the magnificent Shwedagon Pagoda, the most outstanding and revered Buddhist pagoda in Burma, whose golden stupa dominates the skyline of Yangon. This is also the most ideal spot from which to watch the sunset in Yangon.

Day 05: Bagan Heritages (Flight)

This morning, catch a flight to Bagan. This city is no doubt one of the most impressive sites anywhere in Asia. Begin to visit the vibrant Nyaung Oo Market, the economic center of Bagan. Local people gather at this bustling market daily, to buy and sell a variety of goods, from fruit and vegetables to clothing, china, and lacquerware. Continue to the gold-plated Shwezigon Pagoda, Bagan’s greatest reliquary, built to house relics of the Buddha brought from abroad. From here, drive to the small village of Wetkyi-in to see the wonderful Kubyaukgyi Temple, renowned for its ancient murals then Ananda temple, one of the most reserved monuments in the entire Bagan. Your morning excursion also includes the Htilominlo Temple, which houses four Buddha figures on the ground floor and four more on the first floor. After lunch, continue your exploration of the city’s treasure trove of Buddhist art and architecture.

Day 06: Mount Popa Excursion - Local Life

We drive south (45 km drive) to Mount Popa, an extinct volcano with spectacular views, 4981 feet above sea level. Climb 777 steps up to the Buddhist shrine place on the top of the Popa mountain. Then drive back to Bagan, en route visit Salay and Yoke Sone Kyaung, Thar Ta Na Yaung Chi Monastery and the local life there.

Day 07: Cultural Cities of Mandalay (B) (Flight)

Continue the trip to Mandalay on a morning flight this day. After arrival in Mandalay, being transferred to Mandalay Jetty where a leisurely boat trip upstream to Mingun awaits. Once in Mingun, you also can see the Mingun Bell and Pahtodawgyi unfinished Pagoda, Hsinbyume. These attractions symbol the culturally wonderful values that Burma has to offer.
This afternoon we will travel to Ava, Amarapura to discover the Maha Aungmye Bonzan, Gabaya Monastery, Leaning Nam Myint Tower and the nearby attractions. Enjoy a walk over U Bein bridge, the longest teak wood bridge in Burma (Myanmar). View the gorgeous sunset going down on the bridge.

Day 08: Mandalay Sightseeing (B) (Flight)

The highlights of this day include Mahamuni Image Pagoda, Imperial Palace. After lunch, we will continues with another visit to the Shwenandaw Monastery which is well known for its exquisite wood carvings, followed by Atumashi Monastery and Kuthodaw pagoda - the world’s largest book with its 729 slabs of Marble engrave with Buddha scriptures. The evening ends with a stunning view treated at Mandalay Hill.
